About Us

Who We Are

Waldron & Schneider a multifaceted law firm with the ability to serve a variety of needs, was founded in 1990, by Robbye R. Waldron and Marc H. Schneider. Robbye R. Waldron was a former bank trust officer and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. The firm today has many lawyers experienced in a wide variety of legal fields.

The firm focuses on representing businesses and people who own business, including matters involving corporate formation, merger and acquisition, contracts, labor and employment issues, reorganization, estate planning, asset protection, and business litigation. The firm also practices in areas of bankruptcy, medical and health law, real estate, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. The firm’s lawyers are licensed in Texas and in each of the Federal Districts of Texas including the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Clients of the firm include companies in the areas of software development, insurance, construction, computer network services, systems controls operations, telecommunications, oil and gas, shipping, information technology, finance and banking, manufacturing, and various other commercial enterprises.

Waldron & Schneider has assisted Australian, European, African, Indian, and Latin American companies in expanding their business operations in the United States. Due to Houston’s central location, business climate, and shipping facilities, clients have used local operations to expand into other portions of the United States, as well as Canada and Latin America.

Competent legal representation in the modern global economy demands that counselors at law assist clients in recognizing potential pitfalls while in the initial stages of contract review or due diligence, as well as dealing with the multitude of issues that arise as a result of entities engaging in commerce. Based on this belief, each of our lawyers, while maintaining particular areas of expertise, have experience with Federal and state litigation, as well as contract drafting and review. By maintaining this skill, our clients can be confident that the firm will provide insightful advice and a quality work product with knowledge and experience in dealing with problems that may arise from commercial transactions. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office and speak with one of our attorneys.
