Madison Moody is an Associate Attorney at Waldron & Schneider. Her practice concentrates on corporate governance, business creation, real estate and contract disputes, corporate litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She is also experienced in the areas of probate law, trusts, estate planning, and property owner association law.
A native Texan, Madison earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. Prior to joining Waldron & Schneider, Madison gained experience in many other legal disciplines outside of business litigation and asset protection. As a result of this broad experience, Madison is able to provide unique insight and legal expertise to her clients that include the resources to handle any individual, business, or real estate related legal need.
Madison enjoys giving back to her community and takes pride in her many membership affiliations. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Women in Law Section, the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce, and her local League City Rotary Club. In her free time, Madison gives back to her alma mater through her work with the South Texas College of Law Houston Bar Readiness Program. She mentors and provides students and recent law school graduates with one-on-one tutoring to help prepare them for the bar exam.
