Samuel Usnick is an Associate Attorney with Waldron and Schneider. Before joining Waldron and Schneider, he assisted in the representation of individuals and businesses in matters ranging from leasing negotiations, business litigation, and real estate disputes.
He received his undergraduate degree from Western Governors University and his graduate degree in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston-Victoria. Before law school, Samuel worked in commercial real estate appraisal and the management of oil and gas mineral interests. All of these experiences gave him the opportunity to better understand the needs of local businesses and entrepreneurs.
Samuel graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2016. During the end of law school, he clerked with a solo practitioner who specializes in business litigation and mediation. He is a member of the Texas Bar College, Houston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Outside of work, Samuel enjoys live music, reading, and Sunday dinner with his family.
