Pressley Franclemont is an Associate Attorney for Waldron & Schneider. She graduated magna cum laude from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Chemistry and graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2022 with her Juris Doctorate. While she was a law student, she participated in the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinics as a student attorney for the Trademark, Probate, and Guardianship Clinics. Mrs. Franclemont’s practice areas include probate law, guardianship, estate planning, and family law. She is proficient at preparing administration, probate, guardianship, and will package documents as well as handling various aspects of family law including name changes, custody cases, and divorces. She strives to handle each client’s needs with compassion, patience, and the utmost respect. Mrs. Franclemont is married to her husband, Christopher, and they have three cats, Blue, Cielo, and Tater Tot. When she not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and being involved in her community.
