Physician’s Employment Agreements
At Waldron & Schneider, several of our attorneys have extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts for clients in the medical field, including different types of doctors, surgeons, dentists, podiatrists, and other medical professionals.
There are rules applicable to employment contracts in the medical field that are not applicable to other employment contracts. The attorneys at Waldron & Schneider can confirm that the proper language is in your contract and advise you how to proceed if the language is missing, incorrect, or more restrictive than necessary.
We can review your contract and explain it in a way that helps you know what each term means. We will outline important parts of the contract, such as compensation structure, job expectations and termination provisions. If the contract language does not reflect your understanding of your employment agreement or if you would like to propose changes, the attorneys at Waldron & Schneider can help you negotiate the necessary revisions.
If you are considering entering into a physician’s employment contract, call and schedule an appointment with one of our attorneys today.
