Waldron & Schneider is pleased to announce that Shawn Williamson has been chosen as one of Houstonia Magazine’s Top Lawyers in the field of Education Law. Mr. Williamson is a Litigation Associate at the firm and handles Education Law on the student side. His experience includes dealing with student grievances, special education discrimination and planning, TEA complaints, behavior appeals, disability discrimination, and bullying/Title 9 issues. He also handles lawsuits against Public Schools and State Colleges, having experience in Civil Rights claims.
Mr. Williamson was a teacher before practicing law and has insight into the process for the most vulnerable of students. His other areas of focus are Probate, Guardianship, Commercial and Business Litigation, and Animal Law.
